I've just joined and purchased the pattern. This is will be fun!
I'm not going to be able to start right away, but my plan is to finish so that I can wear it "when I'm 64"!! *L*

Hi Joanne, lovely to have you join us! Have you decided which yarn you're going to be using? So far we have all gone for the Cathay but the Alchemy yarns that they use for the "Rebel" verson are fabulous too :-)

I'm going to go with Cathay as well. A new shop opened up 7 blocks from work, and they have an entire wall of Debbie Bliss yarn. I've died and gone to heaven!! In a previous post someone said that you needed one more to make your own Sgt. Pepper's band...well, here I am! Can I be George? Same birthday - Feb. 25th!

I would love to have an LYS with an entire wall of DB yarn, how fab is that :-)

My plan wasn't to start yet, but last night I seemed to cast on and knit a bit! Only a bit though. I'll probably be 64 by the time that finishing's done, lol. Will have to think of some Beatles-type jokes of my own as I can see that's the way this is going to go ;)
Ooh, we're all going Cathay then? Excellent.
